When you return the goods to us, we advise you to return them to us via recorded delivery, as, if they are lost or damaged in transit, we cannot be held responsible for them. It is also advisable to insure the goods, so that the full value is covered in event of loss or damage.
For returned goods, we will deduct a charge for the initial delivery (from us to you), prior to issuing a refund. Following is a guide to the cost for rug returns based on an average weight for each size range:

Please contact us by email to arrange return of any goods . The return carriage is to be arranged by you, and the expense is to be met by you, except in cases where the goods were found to be damaged or faulty. We will confirm the charge to be deducted from your refund, to cover the initial carriage / delivery costs, prior to issuing your refund.
Please ensure that goods are securely wrapped and labelled for the return journey. Please also affix a return address label, showing the return address below and your invoice number.
Please email us to receive a return address, as this will vary depending on the product. Do not send to our business address, unless informed to do so. We take no responsibility for extra costs incurred by you, for returning the goods to an incorrect returns address.
